Our Staffing & What We Do

To ensure consistency within our high standards, our staff continually receives ongoing training and coaching when they join the Catering Concepts, Inc. Team.

Beverage Service
Catering Concepts carries a Caterers ABC License for the State of Virginia, and offers full ABC Service on premise as well as frozen drink bars, specialty drinks with ice luges, and a wide variety of non-alcoholic options.

Cuisine Tastings

We will arrange a tasting for 2 to 4 guests to assist with the final selection of your menu once our contract has been signed.

 

Kosher Events

We offer Kosher catering at all the area synagogues, and can accommodate off-site kosher catering with the supervision of the Vaad Kashrut and the rental of a synagogue kitchen for preparation.

 

Event Rentals
We are pleased to assist with:

• Extensive Selection of Linens, Napkins and Chair covers

• Tables and Chairs

• Tents

• Dance Floors

• Stage

• Wide Array of China, Flatware, and Glassware, including vintage options.

• Themed Props and Decor

Buffet Décor
We are pleased to assist with Buffet Displays, complete with linens, candles, flowers and specialty décor pieces.

Venue Referrals

We can refer you to a Venue that fits the size and theme of your event. Please see the Venues list for more information.

 

Floral Design
We can accommodate your request for tabletop centerpiece floral arrangements and to adorn your food displays and buffets if desired. Please consult with our Event Design Department.

Entertainment
We can arrange for entertainment to enhance your events to include classical string options, pop and jazz musicians, as well as DJs.

Lighting & Sound
We work closely with the best lighting and sound vendors to create the appropriate ambiance for your event.

Valet Parking
We can arrange for valet parking to assist for the smooth arrival and departure of your guests.

Additional Vendors
We want your event to appear seamless, and will be happy to provide referrals upon request.  Catering Concepts works with a large network of area professionals that provide services ranging from Wedding and Event Coordination, Photography, to Cakes as well as additional Décor and Floral companies.
