Company History
Catering Concepts was officially opened in May of 1993 with 700 square
feet of office and preparation space by the business team of Eddy
Byrne and Susan Byrne, former owners of the Boxing Café in
Chesapeake, Virginia. The business venture was sparked via referrals
from Event Planners and former Caterers looking for a quality caterer
in which to serve and entrust their discriminating clients needs.
Our first clients turned into referrals and then repeats and all the
time, we watched the business grow. In May 1995, Catering Concepts
moved to it’s current location with a XXXX
square feet of office and preparation space where we now employ a
full time staff of Event Specialists, Trained Chefs and Culinary Staff,
Bookeepers, a Staffing Coordinator and Event Designers.
Our growth is a direct result of creating satisfied clients knowing
that Catering Concepts is dedicated to excellence in food, quality,
preparation and presentation and renowned for imaginative décor.
