and coaching when they join Catering Concepts.
Beverage Service
Catering Concepts carries a Caterers ABC License for the State of
Virginia, and offers full ABC Service on premise, frozen drink bars,
specialty drinks with ice luges, as well as a wide variety of non-alcoholic
options.
Rentals
We are pleased to assist with:
• Extensive Selection of Linens, Napkins and Chair covers
• Tables and Chairs
• Tents
• Dance Floors
• Stage
• Wide Array of China, Flatware, and Glassware

Buffet Décor and Florals
We are pleased to assist with Buffet Displays, complete with linens,
candles, flowers and specialty décor pieces.
Florals: We can accommodate your request for floral arrangements.
Please consult with our Event Design Department.
Entertainment
We can arrange for entertainment to enhance your events – from
classical, pop and jazz musicians.
Lighting and Sound
We work closely with the best lighting and sound vendors to create
the appropriate ambiance for your event.
Valet Parking
We can arrange for valet parking to assist for smooth arrivals and
departures
Cuisine Tastings
We will arrange a tasting for 2 to 4 guests to assist with the final
selection of your menu once our contract has been signed.
Kosher Events
We offer Kosher catering at all the area synagogues, and can accommodate
off-site kosher catering with the supervision of the Vaad Kashrut
and rental of a synagogue kitchen for preparation.

We can refer you to a Venue that fits the size and theme of your event.

Additional Vendors
Catering Concepts works with a large network of area professionals
that provide services ranging from Wedding and Event Coordination,
Photography, to Cakes as well as additional Décor and Floral
companies. We want your event to appear seamless, and will be happy
to provide referrals upon request.
